New adventure for John and Susan our regular customer (3rd VW Campervan)

Over the last three years, my wife and I have purchased three camper vans from Southlands. 
The initial purchase was always a pleasure dealing with Daren and Lee. They talked us through the vehicle specifications (detailed information is needed when buying a camper van). 
Lee doesn't just talk the talk he walks the walk, even took one of their camper vans over the Pass Of The Cattle in winter so he's put his camper ( and his family ) to the ultimate test! 
They always have stock and the conversation quality is superb. Our latest model is a Southland Signature Executive and what a pleasure it is to drive, no rattles and bangs on road trips in this vehicle. The quality of the fittings is excellent from the fridge to the rock and roll bed only the best is used for their conversions. 
When we bought our first camper from them we had never had a camper before and even given the expert instructions on collection we still needed after-sales help. A quick message to Lee always results in a quick response and if you happen to ask something he doesn't know one of his experts rings you back to guide you through some of the complexities of understanding camper van life. 
They've also invested their profits in upgrading the showroom and vehicle storage area (there's always a coffee on hand). 
I think the proof of the pudding is in the eating, if you go back to the same company three times and buy a new vehicle ( as we have ) then that is undoubtedly the best accolade for customer service. Oh and if you have a dog they'll be made very welcome! excellent company no negative comments to make......I wouldn't hesitate to pop in for a coffee and a catch-up!
