Since our beginnings, we have built a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and customer care, specialising in two key areas: luxury VW Campervan conversions and handpicked used cars.
Our Story
Our journey started in 2011 with a love for Campervans and a desire to create something truly special.
Originally importing MPV vehicles from Japan and converting them into bespoke campers, we quickly discovered our calling in the VW Campervan market, officially entering it in early 2012. From that moment, our commitment to innovation and quality has shaped everything we do - and the results speak for themselves.
VW Campervan Conversions - Our True Passion
Campervans are more than a product for us - they are a lifestyle.
Our in-house conversion specialist Lee has spent the last nine years perfecting and re-designing our builds to meet evolving market demands.
As a daily driver of a Southlands Executive VW Camper (a kit he personally designed five years ago), Lee lives and breathes the camper lifestyle, sharing his knowledge and tips on our YouTube channel.
Each van is crafted in-house by our expert conversion team - never outsourced - so you can be confident that the company you buy from is the same one building your dream camper.
We also offer customers the chance to customise their van before the build begins. From kit colours and leather designs to alloy wheels and colour coding, you can make your Southlands Camper uniquely yours at no extra cost.
Handpicked Used Cars
Alongside our camper conversions, we specialise in sourcing high-quality used cars with full service histories, excellent specifications, and low ownership.
Unlike many dealers, we never buy from auctions. Every vehicle is carefully selected by our company director Darren, who uses his extensive main-dealer network to ensure only the finest examples make it into our fully heated indoor showroom.
Every car is presented to the highest standard and comes with 12 months of comprehensive warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
