HOW ARE WE OPERATING
During our closure period we can still sell cars and arrange nationwide delivery following a very strict but simple process, which is as follows....
1, Our prep centre is closed, and will only open on a behind closed doors basis to prep any car we do sell over this period, and is in single person operation throughout this period (again all COVID 19 process will be followed)
2, Deposits will be taken either via our click to reserve system on our website, or over the phone.
3, Finance can be arrange also over the phone, and again by yourself on our website, with self serve available meaning you sign your documents from home. If you are paying with your own funds we will ask you to bank transfer funds to us.
4, The car will be delivered to your door and handed over at distance (20 mile radius free of charge, nationwide available but a small charge will be added), or we can simply deliver the car and post the keys and leave all documents on the passenger seat. Again all COVID 19 sanitation processes will be followed including the steering wheel etc de sanitised before we leave it and gloves worn and changed during the process, with face mask also.
Our driver who will be transporting the vehicle is a recovery driver, so the vehicle will arrive on a low loader, so no miles will be added to the vehicle, (he is currently allowed to continue working in the vehicle recovery/delivery section as things stand)
5, Part exchanges will be valued and again dealt with in a similar way to option 4 and transported back to us.
We have now set up FaceTime and what's app video chat, along with a direct mobile number to keep all of the contact as professional and detailed as possible, but whilst also following current guidelines and working from home.
